Lawn Area Policy


1. Only underground interment is allowed with one (1) flat marble marker measuring 15"x24" and 3" thick in size per lot installed flush on the ground or at least one (1) inch below the grass level.

2. Flat marble marker must be of high quality standard conforming to the specifications and designs approved by the Company.

3. No metal lettering, etc. protruding form the surface of the marker shall be allowed to protect the marker and lawn mower from being damaged when trimming the green.

4. Only round face classics (Italics) or flat-faced classic (Vertical) styles of lettering are allowed to be engraved in the marble marker. Lettering must be in black color.

5. Lawn lots can be used for new interments or for transfer of remains from other cemeteries. All interments are permanent, however transfer of remains/vaults may be allowed under certain conditions considered by the company.

6. Opening of vault (after interment) shall not be permitted unless required by law or any government authority by virtue of a court order or the like.


7. Each of the lot may be used in any of the following ways:
     a. Two (2) full interments (with not more that two sets of bones / ash remains per vault)
      b. One (1) full interment and a maximum of five (5) sets of remains
      c. Maximum of six (6) sets of remains

8. Ornamental plants or trees shall not be allowed on any plot, except those planted by the Company.

9. Marking lines through edging of the grass or placement of stones, pebbles, plastic flowers on any side of the lot shall not be allowed. 

10. Only one (1) flower vase or two (2) small candle holders made of clay or ceramics are allowed in the grave site.


The foregoing rules and regulations are subject to revisions, alterations or amendments from time to time for best interest of all parties concerned.
